Friends Pasquale Laera and Fabio Mirici Cappa started the adventure at Borgo St. Annain Autumn 2019 and since then they have hosted my wine on paper in the main room of the restaurant: with their messy hair style as always, they feel pampered like never before, as in family.
Because Pasquale wants to convey exactly this with his dishes that combine Apulian and Piedmontese cuisine and Fabio does the same with his informal welcome, which puts you at ease as soon as you cross the threshold.
